We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Sales/Project Manager to help support our residential and light commercial projects.
Position Overview
The Sales/Project Manager will be responsible for managing incoming leads, performing in-home estimates, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring projects are completed successfully from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, HVAC knowledge, and the ability to provide an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home or on-site HVAC system evaluations and provide estimates
- Follow up with customers, close sales, and maintain ongoing relationships
- Coordinate project details with installers and technicians
- Schedule jobs, track progress, and ensure timely completion
- Communicate clearly with office staff and customers regarding project status
- Maintain documentation, estimates, invoices, and job notes
- Recommend proper equipment and solutions based on customer needs
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Qualifications
- HVAC experience required (sales or project management preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
