About the Role:
Winton Woods City Schools is seeking a passionate and organized Youth Athletics Coordinator to develop and lead programs that build our high school athletic feeder system. This supplemental position provides an opportunity to positively impact student-athletes in grades K–8 through intramurals, grade-level teams, skill development clinics, and seasonal tryouts.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain feeder programs for high school athletics.
Organize tryouts, intramurals, leagues, and skill-development clinics by grade level.
Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer or paid coaches.
Coordinate schedules and facility usage with school administrators.
Communicate program details and expectations to students and parents.
Ensure compliance with district policies and athletic association guidelines.
Prepare annual reports on participation, outcomes, and program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Prior experience coaching or coordinating youth or school athletics preferred.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Knowledge of child development, sportsmanship, and age-appropriate instruction.
Stipend / Compensation:
Supplemental range starting at $4,224.00
Schedule:
Seasonal with year-round planning.
Evening and weekend commitments required.
