Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
- Compensation: $23.00 per hour
- Sign-On Bonus: $500 (Payable on first paycheck. Rehires are eligible if their separation period has been 1 year or more).

- At least 6 months of apartment leasing experience.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with staff, residents, vendors, and others.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
- Ability to travel to Lexington, KY for training.
- Assume responsibility for the leasing process and effectively market the property.
- Show available units to prospective residents.
- Assist in projecting upcoming move-outs to quickly fill units and maintain target occupancy.
- Screen applicants to determine eligibility.
- Complete necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with leasing guidelines.
- Maintain accurate tenant files.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
