Position Details
- Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
- Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Compensation: $18.00 per hour
- Sign-On Bonus: $250 (Payable on first paycheck. Rehires are eligible if their separation period has been 1 year or more).

- Assist the Property Manager with leasing and marketing efforts.
- Show available units to prospective residents.
- Ensure compliance with move-in file requirements, adhering to Affordable Housing program guidelines.
- Assist with processing Tenant Annual Recertifications.
- Notify the Property Manager of any property issues or damages.
- Enter work orders as reported by tenants.
- Conduct unit inspections and assist with related tasks.
- Issue late rent notices.
- Address tenant complaints and concerns to facilitate resolution.
- Complete all duties as assigned by the Field Supervisor and Property Manager.
- At least 3-5 years of solid customer service or administrative experience.
- Ability to multitask, work collaboratively, thrive under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with technology and Google Workspace products.
- Strong communication skills with staff, residents, vendors, and others.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Steady work history.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel for training.
- Willingness to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
- Ability to travel to Lexington, KY for training.
