Compensation Ranges from $41,000-$50,000 a year base pay • Uncapped Commission • Top performers consistently earn over $100,000 annually.

Powersports & Golf Cart Sales Consultant, with standard working hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday & 3 Saturdays per month 8:30 AM-12:30 PM onsite.

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of Winters Recreation. From the moment a customer walks into our showroom, calls, or submits an online inquiry, you'll guide them through every step of the buying journey. You'll listen to their needs, recommend the right products, explain available financing options, and help them make a confident purchase they'll be excited about. Every interaction is an opportunity to create loyal customers and generate referrals that continue to grow your business.
