general contractors, engineers and architects a reality. Relationships

We are a fully unionized company with over 150 employees with which we
staff 30 fully equipped construction and maintenance crews. Our
350-acre production nursery, sod farm, and office is centrally located
in Sycamore, Illinois allowing us to efficiently service all of our
projects throughout the Chicagoland area. In conjunction with our own
expertise, we consult with the leading specialists and experts within
our industry to provide a comprehensive solution for our customers; no
project is beyond our scope of work. Our crews consist of experienced
tradesmen specializing in every aspect of landscape, maintenance, and
design. The underlying principle of our customer commitment is evident
through excellent communication, attention to detail, and striving to
exceed expectations.
**Overview**
Analyze landscape architecture drawings and construction feasibility
studies.
**Responsibilities**
BIM platform for analyze and prevent issues on the projects.
**Qualifications**
Must have a bachelors degree in Architecture, Landscape Architect, or
the equivalent and 2 years of experience with Landscape construction and
design, and using Autodesk Software, including AutoCAD, Revit and
Navisworks software for 2D, 3D, and 4D model design and analysis. Must
have a valid U.S. drivers license, an Irrigation Design Certificate, and
a Foremanship & Crew Leader Workshop Class Certificate. Must visit
unanticipated worksites within the Chicagoland area, including Wisconsin
and Indiana, on average 5 days per month.
Salary starts at \$45,531/yr. Benefits include medical, dental, and life
