As our Housing Keeping Manager, you'll shape and sharpen systems, ensuring stellar guest and homeowner experiences. You will lead and oversee Housekeeping, Laundry and Maintenance teams and work collaboratively with Guest and Owner service teams as well as Human Resources, Accounting, Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Management teams. Keeping your knowledge up-to-date is something you're diligent about, and you're excited to learn as the business grows.If you're ready to help shape the future of vacations in Winter Park and are motivated by variety, change, and strategic leadership, we'd love to hear from you today.RESPONSIBILITIES:Laundry Department ManagementOversee day-to-day operations of the laundry facility.Maintain laundry equipment; schedule repairs and coordinate service vendors as needed.Monitor linen inventory and quality.Schedule and coordinate laundry delivery to our Steamboat market, schedule and manage the laundry delivery driver. Housekeeping Inspector OversightLead, train, schedule, and support the housekeeping inspectors.Ensure inspections are thorough and completed in a timely manner.Uphold cleanliness and presentation standards across all properties.Provide coaching and corrective feedback to inspectors and housekeeping staff.Supply Ordering & Inventory ControlManage inventory of cleaning supplies, guest amenities, uniforms, and equipment.Maintain accurate inventory counts and anticipate future needs.Place timely orders and ensure cost-effective purchasing.Track deliveries, budget usage, and vendor performance.Hiring, Staffing & Team LeadershipRecruit, interview, hire, and onboard laundry and housekeeping personnel.Create staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage year-round.Provide ongoing training, performance evaluations, and mentorship.Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work culture.QUALIFICATIONS:4 years of property management, hospitality, or vacation rental experienceAdvanced knowledge of home systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Minimum of two years experience managing a team or department of people.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Annual Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 based on experience and achievement.Bonus: Yearly bonus determined by company performance.Benefits:3 weeks PTO 48 hours sick time401K with 4% match with no vesting periodEmployee profit sharingCompany health/dental/vision/life/disability insuranceWellness Benefit: up to $699 compensation towards ski pass or other recreational pass of equal valueCompany paid cell phone or monthly stipendFriends & Family lodging discountCompany advancement opportunities availableSchedule: Full Time, with nights, weekends and holiday hours required when necessary.Bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply.
