Job Title: Hot Tub TechnicianLocation: Winter Park, CO Employment Type: Full-time, year-round Reports To: Maintenance ManagerPosition Summary:The Hot Tub Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, cleaning, and repair of hot tubs across our rental properties. This role ensures that all units are operating efficiently, safely, and in accordance with health and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Perform regular inspections, cleaning, and water testing for hot tubs across multiple properties.Adjust water chemistry (chlorine, bromine, pH, alkalinity, etc.) to meet safe operating levels.Diagnose and repair hot tub equipment, including pumps, heaters, filters, jets, and control systems.Winterize and de-winterize units seasonally as needed.Maintain detailed service logs and communicate with property management about maintenance schedules or repair needs.Order and manage supplies, chemicals, and replacement parts.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.Respond promptly to guest service requests or emergencies.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in hot tub, pool, or spa maintenance.Knowledge of water chemistry and electrical/plumbing systems.Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.Strong attention to detail and time management skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred but not required.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.Benefits:Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement (if applicable)Paid time off / health benefits
