We are seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to handle day-to-day social media execution and digital advertising efforts across a variety of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day social media posting for multiple client accounts across relevant platforms
- Execute and optimize paid social advertising, including sophisticated ad buying on Meta and other digital platforms
- Support Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns, including keyword research, ad development, monitoring, and optimization (training and credentialing provided)
- Assist with tracking performance metrics and reporting insights to inform future campaigns
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices while maintaining a professional, brand-aligned approach
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaign planning, creative development, and messaging
- Coordinate and participate in offsite client meetings, content capture, and on-location shoots when needed
- Assist with videography, content capture, and basic video editing for social and digital use
- Maintain organized content calendars, assets, and documentation across client accounts
- Calmly communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal team members

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience supporting social media and/or digital marketing efforts
- Working knowledge of major social media platforms and paid social advertising tools
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager; interest in learning additional ad platforms
- Willingness to learn Google Ads and pursue platform certifications
- Basic experience with video capture and editing tools (mobile or desktop-based)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Availability:
During normal business hours – Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm Alaska Time. Some evening or weekend availability may be required for deadlines or events.
