Registered Dental Hygienist (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Winter Garden Smiles is a growing, privately owned general and pediatric dental practice that has proudly served the community for over 14 years. We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our fun, energetic, and patient-focused team.
Our office is fully digital, chartless, and equipped with modern technology, including digital radiography. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care while creating a positive experience for every patient.
Office Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Morning team huddle begins at 7:40 AM
- Daily cleanup is typically completed within 30 minutes after the last patient
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral photographs
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Explain recommended dental treatment clearly and confidently
- Maintain accurate electronic patient records
- Work collaboratively with doctors and team members to provide outstanding patient care
Qualifications
Required
- Active Florida Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Preferred
- Experience with Eaglesoft dental software
- Local Anesthesia Certification
Compensation
- Starting at $43 per hour
- Pay is competitive and based on experience
