- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist with stocking shelves to ensure inventory accuracy and proper organization
- Prepare shipments by packaging items securely, labeling correctly, and coordinating with our shipping logistics team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote safety and efficiency
- Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or related roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire; experience operating forklifts is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively
- Physical ability to lift heavy items, stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment safely
