We’re Looking For

• Experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.
• Located in the Jacksonville area or willingness to relocate.
• Background as a Superintendent on Hotel, Mixed-Use, Industrial or Multifamily (non-wood frame) projects.
• Experience supervising Superintendent-level personnel.
• Proficiency in Near-Term Scheduling, Safety & Subcontractor Management.
