Motor Repair Technician
Troubleshoot, repair and test industrial motor equipment down to the component level using standard work instructions, manuals, personal tools and company tools and test equipment.
Essential Duties
- Troubleshoot, repair and test assigned work (Servo, AC, DC Motors)
- Submit purchase order requests for component parts
- Follow and adhere to standard work instructions
- Identify and record problems relating to the equipment, process, or quality
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED (required)
- Certification or degree from a college or technical trade institution
- 3 years’ experience repairing industrial motor or mechanical equipment
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial electronic equipment
- Ability to work under critical pressures and deadlines
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
