Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are looking for a strong Warehouse Manager to lead the operation, develop the team, and raise the standard.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations in a fast-paced plumbing supply environment.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership and can step in, assess the current state, and build a strong, accountable team. This is not a sit-back management role. It requires presence, leadership, and the ability to drive results daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of warehouse employees
- Manage inventory control, accuracy, and organization
- Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Coordinate inbound shipments, vendor deliveries, and internal logistics
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Establish structure, processes, and expectations within the warehouse
- Identify and develop team members for growth into counter or inside sales roles
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading warehouse operations or teams
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, building materials, or related distribution preferred
- Strong leadership presence, able to set expectations and follow through
- Ability to take initiative and improve processes without direction
- Hands-on approach, willing to be on the floor, not behind a desk
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with inventory systems (Epicor Eclipse a plus)
