About the Role

We’re looking for an Operations & Project Coordinator to support both day-to-day administrative tasks and larger operational initiatives at Winston Water Cooler. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep projects running smoothly and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and figure things out along the way.


You’ll work closely with senior leadership to coordinate ongoing projects, organize critical documentation, and ensure the operational side of our business continues to run like a well-oiled machine.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize legal, operational, and project documentation for easy access and accuracy.
  • Support a variety of company initiatives by coordinating timelines, tracking progress, and communicating with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Own key administrative tasks like filing lease and permit applications, handling scheduling, and managing shared files and systems.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Monday.com to track workflows, progress, and project details.
  • Help document and improve operational processes across multiple business locations.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organization and documentation skills; you enjoy bringing clarity and structure to complex or fast-moving situations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Monday.com is a plus.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities without losing sight of the details.
  • Resourceful and proactive; you’re comfortable figuring things out independently when needed.
  • Experience supporting operations in a multi-location business is helpful, but not required.
