New York-Capital Markets & Securities Associate

Winston & Taylor's New York office is looking for a corporate associate to join the capital markets and securities practice. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience at a large law firm working on public and private debt and equity offerings as well as Exchange Act reporting and advising clients on day-to-day governance matters including SEC and stock exchange compliance, public company disclosure obligations and other business and transactional matters. All candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar.
