Experience within the Healthcare Industry Serves as resource to HR Peoplesoft and Alight users; troubleshoots issues, maintains tables, and serves as liaison to Payroll.·Performs basic compensation analysis against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive pay rates.·The HRIS Associate will provide administrative and systems support to the HRIS team during a major HRIS implementation. This temporary role will focus on transactional processing, document management, compliance tracking, and reporting to ensure continuity of daily operations while the core team concentrates on implementation activities and primary responsibilities.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesReview new hire packets to ensure all required documentation is complete and accurateCompile new hire paperwork and employee status change forms following data entry for Dynafile scanning and filingPerform Dynafile document scanning and records maintenanceReview and monitor EverCheck to support compliance tracking and follow-upManage and distribute New Hire 246 and Department Orientation Checklist emailsPrepare and maintain the monthly 246 review reportCreate and distribute employee status change reportsProvide general HRIS administrative support as needed during the implementation phaseResponsible for basic data entry in HRISSupports various HR departmental initiatives
