The Opportunity
A well-established regional organization is seeking an execution-focused HR Administrator to modernize its HR infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Associate Director with exposure to the CFO, you will step away from basic data entry to champion a major digital transition for a multi-site population of 85 employees.
The 6–12 Month Deliverables
- UKG Mastery (Months 1–3): Act as the primary platform administrator. Configure and deploy the UKG Recruitment and Onboarding modules to establish a paperless experience, while maintaining a reliable data bridge to ADP Payroll.
- Vendor & Leave Management (Months 4–6): Assume full ownership of Leaves of Absence (LOA) and Workers' Compensation. Act as the primary interface with external compliance partners, including Friedlander and Anthem BC/BS.
- The Year-End Handbook Goal (Months 7–12): Audit, rewrite, and finalize a complete refresh of the Employee Handbook to align perfectly with 2026 NYS labor laws and new digital workflows.
- Performance Rollout: Configure, test, and launch the UKG Performance Appraisal module organization-wide, ensuring a 100% timely completion rate.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 2 years of professional experience within a human resources function.
- Tech Savvy: Prior hands-on experience administering or optimizing a UKG (UltiPro) platform is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional professional writing skills (critical for policy updates) and a consultative, approachable demeanor.
- Core Assets: College degree required. Fluency in written and spoken Spanish is a significant plus.
