Responsibilities
- MUST HAVE experience with EDiscovery
- Client contact
- Preparation of discovery and motions
- Case management of files
- Organization/indexing of client documents
- Other tasks as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college is required.
- Paralegal certification is optimal.
Required Skills
- Excellent computer and communication skills
- Sound judgment
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Experience with gathering, processing, reviewing, and managing the production of documents and electronically stored information (“ESI”) in connection with litigation is required.
Pay range and compensation package
80-95K PdOT
