This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong recruiting skills and the ability to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical rolesPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needsSource, screen, and interview qualified candidatesCoordinate offers, onboarding, and compliance requirementsMaintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment reportsEnsure all recruiting practices follow HR policies and employment lawsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources or a related fieldPrevious experience recruiting in a healthcare environment strongly preferredStrong understanding of HR best practices and employment regulationsExcellent communication, organizational, and time-management skillsAbility to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
