Growing Managed Service Provider, remote role but must be able to go on site at Philadelphia clients a few days a month.


Level 2 Help desk , 2 years related experience with strong Microsoft 365 experience. The company is managed service provider for several law firms, located in Philadelhia. Role is remote but muct be able to travel to clients in Philadelphia 2-3 days a month for on site tech support. Will be remoting in to assist with new hire set up, troubleshoot any issues with internet or printers.

 

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
