Business Service Representative

The Business Services Representative is responsible for performing operational duties in a multi-task fast-paced environment. They will assist the Business Units with opening new accounts and maintenance including but not limited to Government Banking, Landlord and Lease Security. The Business Services Representative will process Online Services accounts and/or correspondence. Adhere to the agreed Service Level Agreements within the department.Major Duties and Responsibilities: •    New account opening for Business Units via Miser.•    Complete maintenance on accounts via Miser.•    Scanning of account documentation into Synergy.•    Use of the Risk Reporting System (Archer) to aid in the processing of new accounts and maintenance requests.•    Use of the Online Services applications to aid in the processing of new accounts.•    System to System proof.•    Review and process customer inquiries via email.•    Assist on customer inquiries via support line.•    Performs other duties as assigned.•    Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures.  Perform additional accountabilities as required.Minimum Qualifications:•    High school diploma•    Previous experience in Business account opening•    Experience in customer serviceKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:•    Previous customer telephone support preferred•    Good oral and written communication skills•    Knowledge of Bank policies and procedures •    Knowledge of Miser preferred•    Knowledge of Excel and Word required
