Winston Staffing Services has a client that has openings for multiple nurses - all specialties, all shifts, Dec 15th Starts. The positions are for a hospital in Manhattan with an increase in census. Candidates must have BSN and 2 years of experience within the specialty that they are applying for.Duties for Registered Nurses - All SpecialtiesConduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual care needs.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition or emergencies.Educate patients and families on health management, treatment options, and preventive care.Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.Perform various clinical procedures including IV insertion, catheter care, and wound management.Engage in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions for patients returning home or to other facilities.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to NCQA standards.Qualifications for Registered Nurses - all SpecialtiesCurrent and Valid NYS Registered Nurse (RN) licensureProven experience in specialty area in an acute care settingEPIC experienceResuscitation credentials comensurate with specialty areaNo Holiday RTO will be granted3 day limit on RTO for the course of the assignmentNeed acceptance within 2 hours of offer being extendedMust be able to complete compliance requirements within 10 days
