- Assist with merchandising, product resets, and backroom maintenance
- Cultivate trusted partnerships with store personnel to drive collaboration
- Deliver personalized assistance to guests on the sales floor, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure key items are displayed on the sales floor
- Maintain an organized, efficient stockroom
- Support Lead Retail Merchandisers and Coordinators with product placement and execution
- Reporting and effective communication to the Team Lead, with any concerns
- Follow Winston and retailer policies and procedures
Experience & Skills
- 1-2 years in retail, merchandising, customer service, and stock support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with flexible schedules, including potential overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs., climb ladders, and remain active on the sales floor
- Smartphone required for reporting:
- - iOS: iPhone 11 or newer
- - Android: 2020 or newer, OS no more than 4 versions behind
