Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and connect with customers.
- Suggest items and servicesto meet customers’ needs and exceed their expectations
- Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, safety, etc.)
- Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management
Ideal Candidate:
- Enjoys talking with customers and building relationships
- Thrives in a fast paced, selling environment
- Good at multi-tasking, organized
- Team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience
- 1-2 years of High-end Retail, Sales, or Customer Service
- General retail operations or inventory management
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Able to lift boxes up to 35 pounds
- Ability to work a schedule that requires weekends
- Days & evenings
- Monday through Friday
- Weekends only
