Job Title: Merchandise Coordinator (Leading Apparel Brand)

Status: Independent Contractor

Availability: M-F (no weekends)

Payrate: $19-22/hour

Note that this range is representative of earning potential and actual pay will be based on skills, experience, and/or geographic location.

Position Summary:

• Merchandise Coordinator (MC) will be responsible for high level execution according to a planogram, updating mannequins, sizing, stocking & filling in merchandise on the selling floor
• Must be able to communicate clearly with store personnel and provide clear communication in written reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with store leadership and teammates to develop visual merchandising strategies, and goals to be executed during each visit
• Foster partnership with Store Management to create a positive working relationship and achieve project goals
• Executing merchandising strategies in a manner that is least disruptive to the store and protects the customer experience
• Understands the need for ownership and possesses a sense of urgency
• Provide timely completion of daily Store Visit Report and photo requirements, clearly and effectively communicating daily accomplishments

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2 years of merchandising experience with apparel, and/or footwear, including mannequin styling
• Ability to provide clear communication effectively and professionally, both verbally and in written reports
• Technology: A smartphone is required for reporting purposes; tablets are not recommended. For iOS users, we recommend an iPhone 6 or greater and iOS of 12.0 or greater. For Android users, we recommend devices that are no more than 5 years old and updated to Android OS 9.0 or greater.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and be mobile for the entire duration of work shift
