The Real Estate Development and Investments Practice Group in our Dallas office is seeking a Legal Assistant to join the team. This role supports a dynamic commercial real estate practice in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of law firm experience
- Prior transactional experience required; commercial real estate experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including styles and redlining, as well as Adobe Acrobat
- Strong command of Microsoft Outlook
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple detailed tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork mentality, and a high degree of professionalism and dedication
