Billing Clerk - Real Estate Development & Investments - Austin

Winstead PC's Austin office is seeking a Billing Clerk to join our Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Print and organize monthly client billing.
• Review and process client billing in a timely manner.
• Convert billing to invoices, coordinate with billing attorneys, and send to clients electronically.
• Assist in researching and resolving billing questions from clients.
• Provide light collections assistance, in partnership with the accounting department.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a law firm preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle and adjust to competing deadlines and priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a high degree of professionalism.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
