Winstead PC's Austin office is seeking a Billing Clerk to join our Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Print and organize monthly client billing.
- Review and process client billing in a timely manner.
- Convert billing to invoices, coordinate with billing attorneys, and send to clients electronically.
- Assist in researching and resolving billing questions from clients.
- Provide light collections assistance, in partnership with the accounting department.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a law firm preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle and adjust to competing deadlines and priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
