What are the responsibilities and job description for the ERT/ERWC-Nights position at Winslow Memorial Hospital Inc?
The ER Technician, under the supervision of the ED RN, Nursing Manager, ED provider and CNO. The ERT is responsible for monitoring and treating patients in the emergency department. In addition, the ERT monitoring and preparing supplies and equipment for interventions, using appropriate and competent techniques. Assist with procedures and provides technical services as assigned or directed within the scope of practice of their license or certification. Assist with data collection and documentation of patient monitoring. Maintain LCMC’s customer service standards.
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Computer Skills: Moderate computer skills and utilize an EMR
Experience: 6 months direct patient care (pre-hospital or hospital), preferred
Licenses: LNA or EMT Certification
Certifications: BLS required
