Winsighght Staffing is actively seeking experienced and customer-focused hospitality professionals to join our growing network of restaurant partners. We are hiring Servers, Waitstaff, Hosts/Hostesses, and Bartenders for a variety of dynamic dining environments ranging from casual establishments to upscale venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
- For bartenders: prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- For hosts/hostesses: greet guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must meet local legal requirements for serving alcohol (for bartender roles)
