Winsight Staffing is currently hiring Charity Fundraisers & Brand Ambassadors to support nonprofit awareness and fundraising campaigns on behalf of our clients through community outreach and event-based promotions. The client we are working with is focusing on health and nutrition in the North Texas communities.
This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, customer service professionals, retail associates, hospitality employees, and anyone looking to build experience in communications, marketing, fundraising, public relations, and community engagement.
No previous fundraising experience is required. Paid training is provided.
What You'll Do
- Represent nonprofit client campaigns professionally
- Educate community members about charitable initiatives
- Engage with potential supporters during promotional events
- Answer questions and provide campaign information
- Assist with donor outreach and fundraising efforts
- Build positive relationships with the public
- Meet individual and team fundraising objectives
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude
- Comfortable interacting with the public
- Reliable transportation to local campaign locations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, event, volunteer, or nonprofit experience is helpful but not required.
