What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Assistant, Warehousing position at WinShape Foundation?
Scope of Position
The Operations Assistant is responsible for assisting with inventorying and storing items that support WinShape Foundation programming and operations. This person will have a strategic focus on instilling LEAN practices within the processes and operations that prepare program teams to host local, regional, and national events. They will demonstrate servant leadership through daily interactions with WinShape Ministries.

Senior Manager, Warehousing and Logistics

- Helps maintain multi-million-dollar inventory list within 50,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space supporting local, regional, and national events.
- Assists with logistics for local and traveling teams to host various WinShape programs by ensuring correct supplies are stocked.
- Serve as a cross-functional team member, providing flexible support across multiple areas of Operations as needed to ensure continuity, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals
- Assist with reconciling invoices and credit cards
- Champion continuous improvement (LEAN) projects within the team to help optimize processes.
- Additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Requires a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Approximately 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work effectively in an environment with competing demands
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Exhibit a positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful, and flexible while working with a team and/or independently
- Exhibit the following competencies dependability, team player, job knowledge, initiative, problem-solving, communication, project organization/management, conflict resolution, servant leadership, and delegation
- WinShape Camp experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
