Cook Job Description:

Prepares delicious Southern Meals under the direction of the Dietary Manager.

Cook Responsibilities:

Prepare food daily as outlined on the menu, focusing on health through nutrition.
Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards
Assist with set-up, service and clean-up of food production.
Ensure proper sanitation and storage of kitchen equipment.
Benefits:

Cook Requirements:

1 to 5 years of experience in Southern Cuisine Meal preparation or Catering on a large scale
Culinary school certification or experience preferred
Pre-employment drug-test, TB test, physical, and background check required
