Compensation & Benefits
- $800 Weekly Guaranteed Minimum Pay
- Production Pay Structure:
- Earn more based on performance:
- $1.00 per stop
- $0.10 per package
- Top performers can earn $1,000–$1,500 per week
- $500 New Driver Retention Bonus (paid in milestones)
- Monthly Performance Bonus based on: safe driving, attendance & dependability, customer service
- Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Available
- Paid Holidays – eligible from Day 1
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 2 days at 6 months, 2 days at 9 months, 1 day at 12 months, 1 Floating Holiday at 12 months
Schedule & Work Environment
- Start time: 7:30 AM
- Routes available 7 days per week (flex scheduling based on business needs)
- Typical shifts : 8-10 hours
- Work independently with full team support
- Operate in all weather conditions
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a 12'-16' box truck or step van
- Deliver packages efficiently and professionally
- Use company-provided tablet/iPad for routing and scanning
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Follow all DOT, company safety, and FedEx service standards

- Millcreek
- Sugar House
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Ability to pass: background check, drug screening, DOT physical
- Able to lift: up to 75 lbs independently, up to 150 lbs with assistance/dolly
- Preferred (not required): Experience with UPS, FedEx, Amazon, DHL, Walmart, Uber, Lyft, or similar delivery/driving roles
