What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook position at WINNIES TAVERN?
We have a great team dedicated to making the best burgers in Wilmington. We are seeking experienced line cook. Must be a self-starter, punctual, and able to multitask while under pressure and show attention to detail.
Applicant should be proficient on flat-top grill and fry station.
EXPECTATIONS
- Ability to cook menu items to order, to our requirements in a timely efficient manner
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Set up, prep, cook and clean kitchen
- Work together as a team to produce excellent food, service and a great experience for our customers and guests
- Ability to multitask while being proficient with health department guidelines and meticulous when it comes to cleanliness.
- Servsafe certification and 2 years experience preferred
- Weekend availability REQUIRED.
