About the Role
As Store Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our Helena store, building a team that delivers outstanding service while helping customers find meaningful gifts and cards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring, training, and motivating a strong retail team
- Managing schedules and daily store operations
- Creating attractive product displays and merchandising
- Maintaining inventory and coordinating with buyers
- Driving sales and customer engagement
- Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Planning and executing in-store promotions and events

Winnie’s Hallmark is a family-owned business with locations in Washington, Idaho, and Montana. We focus on helping customers celebrate and express themselves through greeting cards, gifts, home décor, clothing, baby items, Montana gifts, and seasonal products.
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of specialty retail experience
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and climb ladders when merchandising
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and store events
Preferred:
- Retail management or assistant manager experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with inventory management and merchandising
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
