We’re hiring a Packaging Machine Operator to run a part of our production line.
This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts product quality, output, and the success of the business.
You’ll spend the majority of your time:
- Running and monitoring our automated packaging machine
- Ensuring consistent, accurate, high-quality output
- Troubleshooting minor issues and keeping the line moving
Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage automated packaging equipment
- Maintain consistent product quality and accuracy
- Monitor machine performance and address issues quickly
- Keep work area clean, organized, and efficient
- Assist with:
- Receiving pallets
- Palletizing finished goods
- Forklift operation (if certified or willing to learn)
- Follow food safety and production standards at all times
Requirements:
- Able to lift 50 lbs consistently
- Comfortable being on your feet for a full shift
- Strong attention to detail (small mistakes = big problems here)
- Reliable and consistently on time (non-negotiable)
- Hardworking with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Forklift experience is a bonus!
