What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health LVN position at Winners Community Health Services?
This position is for a Home Health LVN. Locations currently available are for weekly visits in Terrell, Wills Point, Quinlan, Kaufman, Forney. We are open to several LVNs if you only wish to take clients in a particular area. Example: 1 nurse would take all Forney patients, another would take all Kaufman patients.
Applicant must have a Texas or compact nursing license in good standing, current drivers license and reliable transportation. Applicant needs to be reliable, dependable and able to work independently.
Agency utilizes CradleMrx software for electronic charting. Experience with this software is a plus. All applicants will be oriented to this software upon hire.
