Position Title: Barback - Family Entertainment Center

Job Overview:
As a Barback at our family entertainment center, you will play a crucial role in supporting the
bartending team by ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the bar area. Your assistance
in restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting bartenders will contribute to
creating a positive experience for our guests. This job description outlines the primary
responsibilities and qualifications required for the position. Most hours are on evenings and weekends. Our operating hours are Mon-Thurs 1aam-12am, Friday 11am-2am, Saturday 10am-2am and Sunday 10am-10pm.
Responsibilities:
1. Supply Management:
- Assist in stocking and replenishing bar supplies, including liquor, glassware, garnishes, and
mixers.
- Ensure that the bar area is well-equipped and organized for service.
2. Cleaning and Sanitation:
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area, including counters, equipment, and
workstations.
- Collect and wash glassware, utensils, and bar tools as needed.
3. Assistance to Bartenders:
- Assist bartenders in preparing ingredients, garnishes, and drink setups.
- Retrieve and deliver items requested by bartenders promptly.
4. Trash and Recycling:
- Empty and replace trash bins and recycling containers to maintain a clean and organized
environment.
- Dispose of waste properly and follow recycling guidelines.
5. Glassware Polishing:
- Polish glassware and ensure that glasses are clean and presentable for serving.
- Restock clean glassware for use by bartenders.
6. Guest Interaction:
- Interact with guests in a courteous and helpful manner, providing assistance when needed.
- Offer water and non-alcoholic beverages to guests waiting at the bar.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
