Winnebago Industries, Inc. has an immediate need for an experienced candidate to fill the Parts Manager. This position will be based at Winnebago’s Middlebury, Indiana location.
Position Description: Coach and manage parts department, while ensuring smooth operations. Work closely with warehouse and service department.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Dealer/Retail Parts Reps
- Work to improve training, team building and on boarding
- Handle escalated parts issues as needed
- Handles special dealer situations to maintain dealer relationships
- Parts Rep performance reviews
- Track KPI's of reps and work to improve
- Assist with plant inventory
- Attends any training related to maintaining proficiencies
- Any special projects as deemed necessary
