Winnebago Industries, Inc. has an immediate need for an experienced candidate to fill the Parts Manager. This position will be based at Winnebago’s Middlebury, Indiana location.

Position Description: Coach and manage parts department, while ensuring smooth operations. Work closely with warehouse and service department.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Dealer/Retail Parts Reps
• Work to improve training, team building and on boarding
• Handle escalated parts issues as needed
• Handles special dealer situations to maintain dealer relationships
• Parts Rep performance reviews
• Track KPI's of reps and work to improve
• Assist with plant inventory
• Attends any training related to maintaining proficiencies
• Any special projects as deemed necessary
