What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Machine Operator position at Winnebago Industries Inc?
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED : Knowledge of extrusion press operations, which includes torch, die stacks, saw, head/tail stretching, and stacking, along with other manufacturing equipment. Must have the ability to stay on task and work alone. Experience with D365 a plus, but not mandatory, PC and Teamcenter.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Loading of dies into the extrusion press to extrude aluminum for use in Winnebago. Must be willing to do other jobs on the press and in the fabrication area as needed. Working with other areas to drive cross-functional improvement activities & projects in areas of safety, quality, delivery, and cost savings.
SPECIAL SKILLS OR TOOLS REQUIRED: Must have the ability to work well with people, along with good communication and planning skills. Individual must be a self-starter who puts safety and quality first. Some medium to heavy lifting required.
