What You’ll Do
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals to enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining the highest standards.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing: Implement lean principles to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
- Ensure Quality: Establish rigorous quality control measures and lead corrective actions for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, ideally with composites and marine environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
