Summary of Job Description
The Service Order Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of military housing facilities. This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Verify data integrity of service orders and employee time inputs.
- Assign correct materials and parts to work orders.
- Monitor service order schedule to meet goals and targets.
- Reschedule missed appointments and complete after-hour call handling and work order processing.
- Complete preventative maintenance work order and internal work order processing.
- Provide support to technicians and supervisors for service order functions.
- Assist with employee timesheets and provide support for technicians/supervisors.
- Ensure work orders are coded and classified correctly.
- Maintain schedules for team changes and modify settings based on ATO, sick time, team meetings, and training.
- Monitor and address open work orders using the Open WO Analysis Report.
- Make recommendations for solutions and implement them through appropriate staff.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet driving records standards.
- BASIC knowledge of residential maintenance and construction.
- Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or another related field.
