WinnResidential is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analytics & Program Support Co-Op Intern to support its Compliance Team at the Corporate Headquarters located in Boston, MA. This role provides hands-on experience supporting data analytics, reporting automation, dashboard development, workflow improvement, and program management activities for the Compliance Team.
The selected candidate will work directly with experienced technical consultants and program leadership to help improve how data is collected, organized, visualized, and utilized across complex programs and structures. This position is ideal for a student interested in data analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, process automation, and real-world problem solving within the Affordable Housing and Compliance sectors.
The pay range for this role is $23.68-$25.39 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools using platforms such as Power BI, Microsoft Lists, Excel, SharePoint, and related Microsoft applications.
- Assist with organizing, cleaning, validating, and integrating data from multiple sources to improve reporting accuracy and usability.
- Help automate manual reporting and tracking processes through scripting, workflows, and data transformation tools.
- Support recurring and ad hoc reporting requests for program leadership and stakeholders.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on workflow efficiency, data centralization, and reporting optimization.
- Assist with documenting requirements, business processes, technical workflows, and user guides.
- Collaborate with technical consultants and stakeholders to evaluate business needs and recommend scalable data solutions.
- Help identify opportunities for automation, self-service reporting, and improved data accessibility.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with data analytics concepts, data transformation, and reporting tools.
- Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Python, Excel, or similar technologies.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Interest in process improvement, automation, and scalable reporting solutions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
