WinnCompanies is searching for an engaged and organized COM Manager to join our team in Fort Campbell, KY. In this role, you will assist with the overall operation of the maintenance either the service call functions and preventive maintenance program or the Change of Occupancy Maintenance (COM) teams. You will also perform the oversight of General Maintenance Associates, Technicians and/or specialists as well as ensure the team members in the field complete COM and service request work in accordance with time and quality expectations.
