While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly is required to stand for extended periods of time; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee occasionally is required to sit; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

- Wash, dry, and fold towels, linens, and bedding.
- Understand laundry room operations such as washers, dryers, folding, and chemicals.
- Clean and maintain laundry room areas while keeping up with standards set by the Supervisor and Manager.
- Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
- Assist guests with all questions and reasonable requests.
- Read, understand and adhere to the Winnebago Gaming Compact and Winnebago Tribal Gaming Code, Rules and Regulations
- Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
