Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed needs assessments with clients to understand their laundry, cleaning, and dry cleaning requirements, offering customized solutions that meet their operational goals.
- Present product offerings effectively, demonstrating how our laundry services can optimize their processes while emphasizing quality and reliability.
- Assist in Negotiatiating contracts and pricing agreements that align with company policies while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and ongoing service excellence.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools to track progress toward targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors’ offerings, and technological advancements in laundry and cleaning services to maintain a competitive edge.
Experience
- Proven success in B2B sales within the commercial laundry or related sectors such as hospitality or healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of laundry operations, cleaning processes, dry cleaning techniques, and hotel industry standards is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Experience negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals with diverse clients.
