*** Prior meat cutting/butchering experience processing all primary proteins (beef, pork, poultry, etc.) is required. ***
What You'll Do:
- Process fresh meats, smoked meats, seafood, random weight, lunchmeat, frozen food, and salted meats to production standards.
- Prepares and cuts all varieties of meat while operating tools safely.
- Cube, slice, grind meat and wrap, weigh and price product as needed.
- Receive/breakdown meat deliveries to stock and rotate department products.
- Provide continuous attention to customer needs; offer helpful product suggestions when appropriate in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Assists in other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications:
- Consistent track record of relevant experience.
- Operate department equipment and tools.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screenings.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish as a plus.
