ROOFING SUPERINTENDENT POSITION - SIOUX CITY, IA
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Open Office Daily/ Assist in Crew Coordination
* Measure/ Sketch / Photo Prospective Roofing Jobs (Steep and Flat)
* Investigate Leak Calls and Assist with Preparing Work Tickets
* Pe1form Roof Inspections/ Test Cuts
* Visit Active Job Sites / Direct Activities/ Q/C Work
* Primary Liaison Between Jobs Sites and Office
* Maintain Warehouse Inventory and Organize Material
* Coordinate All Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance
* Grass Trimming/ Snow Removal
* Report Directly to Owner
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
* Roofing Experience Preferred (Commercial & Residential)
* Good Physical Condition (Able to Climb, Stoop, Bend & Some Heavy Lifting)
* Valid Driver's License - (CDL is a Plus)
* No Fear of Heights or Ladders
* Work Independent with Good Time Management and Organizational Skills
* Good Communication Skills - Written & Verbal
* Accurately Measure and Obtain All Pertinent Job Information
* Knowledge / Skills for Operating Various Equipment is a Plus
* Knowledge/ Skills for Small Tool/ Engine Repair is a Plus
