We are seeking a Presales / AI Solutions Consultant who can bridge business needs with technical clarity. In this role, you will partner closely with sales, delivery, and engineering teams to lead discovery discussions, shape solution approaches, and develop compelling proposals that demonstrate clear business value. You will translate client challenges into well-structured AI, data, and engineering solutions, while ensuring feasibility, alignment with best practices, and a strong focus on measurable outcomes. This position requires a blend of consulting mindset, technical understanding, and strong communication skills to help win strategic opportunities and build client confidence from the very first conversation.
1. Solution Discovery & Client Engagement
· Lead discovery workshops to understand client priorities, pain points, and current-state maturity.
· Ask the right questions to uncover hidden needs and shape opportunities for AI, automation, data engineering, or cloud modernization.
· Act as a trusted advisor in early-stage conversations - combining domain insight, storytelling, and technical grounding.
2. Crafting Winning AI-led Proposals
1. Build industry-aligned solution narratives for insurance, banking, startups, manufacturing, and other verticals.
2. Translate client goals into clear solution outlines, effort models, timelines, and outcome frameworks.
3. Write polished proposals, POVs, capability decks, and transformation roadmaps.
4. Package offerings focusing on business impact, feasibility, governance, and ROI.
3. Technical Insight & Architecture Support
· Work with engineering, data, DevOps, and AI teams to validate solutions and shape the right architecture.
· Define how GenAI, agentic systems, workflow orchestration, RAG, or cloud infrastructure fit the client’s environment.
· Ensure solutions are safe, compliant, scalable, and aligned with modern LLM/Ops and MLOps practices.
4. Use Case & Asset Creation
· Collaborate with Delivery and Marketing to build case studies, reusable demos, campaign materials and industry playbooks.
· Maintain an updated library of accelerators, frameworks, and templates that reduce time-to-proposal.
· Package past delivery wins into repeatable narratives with measurable business outcomes.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and create account-specific strategies.
· Work closely with Delivery to ensure proposals reflect real execution capability.
· Support Marketing with GTM collateral, event content, and thought leadership on AI and digital transformation.
6. AI & Market Research
· Stay ahead of industry trends: GenAI, automation, risk & trust frameworks, cloud models, and enterprise adoption patterns.
· Bring insights from competitors and BigTech to elevate the way we pitch and differentiate.
· Strong communication and storytelling skills
· Comfortable drafting decks, proposals, solution architectures, and business cases under tight timelines.
· Curious, analytical, and naturally inclined to learn new technologies.
· Experience in consulting, presales, business analysis, data/AI, or engineering.
· Able to engage with CXOs, product owners, engineers, and procurement with equal ease.
· Advanced PowerPoint, Word, and general presentation-building skills.
· Bonus: exposure to management consulting, cloud platforms, GenAI stacks, data platforms, API ecosystems, or workflow automation tools.
